Tudor History Project 6/07/20
On Tuesday 23rd June, as part of their Tudor history project, the Year 6 children studied the beautiful, ornate clothing worn by the Tudors. They had the opportunity to analyse the distinct fabrics worn during the Tudor period before cultivating their creative geniuses in a lesson designing collages using various materials such as cotton, jute, jacquard and velvet. The children were very selective and took great care in combining materials to complement one another. This enabled the children to produce a selection of opulent and fashionable Tudor outfits fit for the 16th century!
