Rosedale Primary is part of the family of schools sponsored by The Rosedale Hewens Academy Trust.  The Trust has a proven track record of success and is responsible for a dramatic upturn in academic achievement locally.

A record breaking year!

2018 - 2019 PERFORMANCE

  • 85% of children achieved a Good Level of Development in the Early Years Foundation Stage, which is 10% above national and local average.
 
  • 97.8% of pupils passed the Phonics Screening Test, compared to the national average of 82%. This places the school as one of the top in Hillingdon and the country for its phonics results!
 
  • In Key Stage 1, pupils exceeded national and local averages for Reading (79.7%), Writing (79.7%), Mathematics (81.4%) and Science (94.9%). 
 
  • In Key Stage 2, 83% of pupils achieved the expected standard in combined Reading, Writing and Mathematics, compared to a national average of 64.8%.
 
  • Pupil progress in Key Stage Two is well above national and local average:
 
  • In Reading, 92% of pupils achieved the expected standard (73% national) with a scaled score of 110. 60% of pupils achieved the higher standard in Reading.  
 
  • In Writing, 83% of children achieved the expected standard (79% national) with a scaled score of 104.
 
  • In Mathematics, 97% of pupils achieved the expected standard (79% national) with a scaled score of 111. 62% of pupils achieved the higher standard in Mathematics.  
 
  • In Grammar, Punctuation and Spelling, 93% of pupils achieved the expected standard (78% national) with a scaled score of 113. 75% of pupils achieved the higher standard in Mathematics.
